In collaboration with the Facilities Director and building principals, the Committee determines specific space and facility needs. By assessing current and future enrollment, the Building Committee then explores renovation or expansion options. The Committee presents its findings and potential solutions to the School Board for decision-making regarding required construction or renovation projects. The Building Committee also oversees projects, which may include assisting in the selection of architects and contractors, as well as managing budgets.
